I just got my blood work. I’m healthy again. I was sick for a year— heart disease, high cholesterol and LDL, and diabetes. Makes me mad because I thought I was eating the right things like lean chicken, turkey, and salmon. Cheating with In-N-Out Burgers on the weekend— but that’s all bullshit. I was carnivore for a couple months.
But those things causes disease. I was never even overweight. The American western diet is toxic. I basically reversed my disease with whole food plant based reading Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn’s book, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease. The number one killer is heart disease. Total cholesterol = lower than 150 mg/dl = great. LDL less than 80 mg/dL = great. A1C below 5.7% = great. A1C greater 6.4% = diabetes.
